Lure Pink Kegel Balls

I was given the Lure Pink Kegel Balls free of charge in exchange for my honest review for Lure Pink. The fact I was given these Kegel balls free of charge will not alter my review, all opinions are honest and non-bias. Lure Pink offer body safe silicone sex toys for both vagina owners and penis owners. Feel free to them out.

The Lure Pink Kegel Balls come in a customisable set. You get two silicone sleeves; a single sleeve and a double sleeve these you use to hold the weighted balls. You also get a silky storage pouch to store them in. You get 5 silicone weighted balls each with different weights. The balls vary in colour as the colour correlates to how heavy it is the weight is also engraved into each ball they are:

The White ball weighs 35g

The Light Pink ball weighs 40g

The Lavender ball weighs 60g

The Hot Pink ball weighs 70g

The Plum ball weighs 80g

This gives you the option to work up through the weights from a beginner level to a more experienced user who would be able to use the heavy weights. You can also combine weights for example you could combine the White and Light Pink weights in the double sleeve to make a total of 75g. You can combine the Plum ad Hot Pink balls to make 150g for the more experienced user. You can also use the single sleeve with the White ball and then work up through each ball as you Kegel muscles get stronger simply work your way from lightest shade to darkest shade.  You have 15 overall weight combinations to choose from.

Each sleeve is a light grey colour the Lure Pink Kegel Balls give you the option to use a one ball sleeve or a double sleeve. I like this not only because the weights can be combined in multiple ways but because a double sleeve may always not suit the user. The sleeves consist of circular openings that can be stretched to insert the balls into. To remove or insert the balls into the sleeve just stretch the sleeve to widen the opening and pop the ball in or out. Once the balls are inserted into the sleeve they are pretty snug and I haven’t had an issue with them becoming loose. The sleeves also have a retrieval cord which is pretty flexible and has an oval shaped tab at the end for you to grip.

Taking the Lure Pink Kegel Balls out is simple. You leave the cord outside you vagina like you would a tampon string. When you’re finished your Kegel exercises I would recommend squatting and baring down with your Kegel muscles whilst gently pulling on the string to push the balls out of your vagina.  Then make sure you wash them with some soap and water (They can be sterilised because they are silicone too!) there’s no need for special sex toy cleaner as long as they are washed thoroughly they will be clean for the next use. You then can set them on a towel and let them air dry. Once dry set them in your storage pouch for your next use.

I have recently been diagnosed with Endometriosis this means that penetration can be painful for me and my vagina hasn’t been co-operating like it used to I prefer a shallow penetration. Therefore I prefer to use the single ball because my vaginal walls don’t want to close up and I don’t feel uncomfortably full. Rewind a year ago and I would have probably preferred the double sleeve because I can use heavier weights. I have tried both sleeves with a combination of weights and the double sleeve is great too I just find the single sleeve suits my body better.

I started out using the Lilac ball in the single sleeve as I felt the White and Light Pink balls where too light for me to start out with. I try to do Kegels every day, I’m currently TTC so I figure I’m going to need to strengthen my pelvic floor a little more than I usually would need to. Having previously birthed two children vaginally I cannot insist how much you NEED to do Kegels! Getting older and having children can often weaken the pelvic floor the only way you will get the control back is by doing Kegel exercises the Lure Pink Kegel Balls are suitable for those who are planning on having a baby to strengthen their Kegel muscles before labour, they are also suitable for women who have had children, older women who are struggling with incontinence to strengthen the Kegel muscles to prevent urine incontinence.

I do recommend using a water based lube to help with insertion. I definitely need lube to insert anything into my vagina, I use Sliquid as I am also very sensitive to lubes and can get allergic reactions very easily. Sliquid is a brand that I trust and I know works for me Sliquid Sassy is my favourite water based lube. You can use any lube that works for you as long as its water based, I do recommend spot testing a lube beforehand if it’s not water based though.

Overall I think it is a great Kegel set, I love how customisable the weights are and I also really like how they include two different sleeves so the user can choose to use either depending on which suits them. I found using them really comfortable and I was able to do my Kegels with ease.
