Pajamaralls

I received the Pajamaralls free of charge in exchange for my honest review for Shinesty. The fact I was given this product free of charge for my honest review will not affect the outcome of this review. Shinesty reached out to see if I would do a review for them, I picked out their Iconic Pajamaralls mainly because I wanted to see if they were as good as they say they are.

The Pajamaralls came in a bright Red Shinesty branded box, inside the box there was a product catalogue and the Pajamaralls sealed in a zip lock bag with the Size sticker on the front. I think that the packaging is really great and also reusable instead of just having the standard plastic bag that clothing usually comes in. My initial thoughts where how well the garment is made, the material feels relatively thick and the Check design looks very smart and can be worn year round.

The Red Check pattern was part of the Christmas collection However it is a very casual design and doesn’t come across as “Christmassy” to me though that depends on your personal clothing aesthetic. This design is available in both the Men’s and Women’s section the only difference being the Women’s has a pull cord to tighten around the waist for a more fitted shape. That said they are pretty gender neutral and it doesn’t matter what pair you get I would recommend probably sizing down if you get the “Mens” Pajamaralls.

The Pajamaralls have cuffed legs so they sit at your ankles which is great for short people like me because there is no access fabric meaning they can fit various lengths of legs. The Pajamaralls also have 5 pockets the biggest being the Chest pocket which then contains a smaller pocket and a Shinesty bottle opener on a cord! The remaining pockets are located at each hip and one on back of one ass cheeks of the trouser section. The Hidden bottle opener is so cool, I have never seen a piece of clothing have an integrated bottle opener! The buckles that fasten the Pajamaralls are a brass colour and go really well with the Check pattern, they are very sturdy and very easy to buckle up when getting dressed and going to the Loo too. The waist cord is cream in colour and very good quality when tied it just cinches in the waist to show a more figure hugging silhouette.

I picked out the size Large. I am in between sizes with my lower half being between a size 14-16 and my top half being a size 14. I do have a good amount of baby weight still left to shift however I am very comfortable in skin in my current size. I wasn’t sure if I should pick a size Medium or Large but figured if I picked the Larger size if it came up on the smaller size it wouldn’t matter too much however it wouldn’t have fit if I’d have gone for the Medium and it came up smaller. The Large does indeed fit very well the top can be tightened using the slides on the back of the straps, on the Smallest setting the Pajamaralls fit pretty well. The Legs fit perfectly and when the waist tie is tightened they flatter my figure very well.

During use I find the Pajamaralls pretty comfortable they fit very well. The numerous pockets are great for stuffing bits and bobs into and even a phone. The largest chest pocket is great for stashing snacks. The Pajamaralls have been lovely to wear for casual staying in days and I have even teamed them with a Black shirt to wear outside too. They enable me to go from pyjamas to fully dressed up depending on what I team them with. I absolutely love how comfy they are and I think they look pretty smart and could pass for standard Dungarees/Overalls.

Overall I am very impressed with both the quality and practicality of the Pajamaralls. They can be worn for both lounge wear and day wear. I think they look pretty stylish and also feel incredibly comfortable too. They also have an integrated Bottle Opener!
