Elvie Pelvic Floor Trainer

I received the Elvie Pelvic Floor Trainer In a plain cardboard box, Lovehoney provide discreet shipping. The Elvie is a pelvic floor trainer. Pelvic floor exercises are just as important as every other type of exercise! As you age or have children your pelvic floor can become weakened this can lead to urinary incontinence and prolapse. Pelvic floor exercises can also make a huge difference in your sex life too! When you have more toned Pelvic floor muscles you can have stronger orgasms. Pelvic floor exercises are essential for recovering post birth and pregnancy, they will help your muscles recover from the strain of pregnancy and delivery.

The Elvie Pelvic Floor Trainer comes in a white box with a picture of the Elvie on the on, inside this box there is: The Elvie, A USB charging cable that plugs into the charging Case, A Charging Case, A bigger Elvie cover and an Instruction manual.

The Elvie Pelvic Floor Trainer has asymmetrical oval shape to it, this then curves into the external part which is super flexible and sits on the outer part of your Vulva. The Elvie is easy to insert and is small enough to feel very comfortable. It also comes with a larger cover to make the body of the Elvie bigger should you wish to use this. The Elvie is made from Silicone and is 100% waterproof so cleaning it is a breeze.

To charge the Elvie you place it in the Charging Case you can then plug it into a USB port to charge, once fully charged you can then connect it to the App.  To Open the case, you push the circular end which has the Elvie brand on in and this will then slide out and then you can place the Elvie inside. This also doubles as a lovely carry case you can just pop it in your bag to do your Pelvic Floor exercises on the go. The LED light will flash to show it is charging.

To Use the Elvie Pelvic Floor Trainer you need to download the Elvie App via AppStore or Google Play. The App logo is the Elvie “e” on a teal background. The App is very easy to navigate, and I found it very simple to use. The App will ask for simple details to personalise your work out such as what you want to improve: Maintain Fitness, Build Strength or Challenge Yourself and how many children you have.

Once you are ready to start your work out just insert the Elvie Pelvic Floor Trainer and then open the Elvie App, you can then connect the Elve via Bluetooth. Once connected you can the Start your work out. The Workout changes every couple of minutes giving you tasks to get the circle above the line and hold then relax. There is also one where you tense and relax to hit the dots. The workout lasts about 5 minutes in total and is very quick and easy to do. At the ends of your workout, you will get a summary of your progress.

During use I found the Elvie Pelvic Floor Trainer fits effortlessly into my routine, I use it 3 times a week and over the past 3 months have seen a difference in my bladder control. Inserting the Elvie is very easy and I find once it is inserted I can barely tell it is there. The external part of the Elvie sits nicely between my labia. The App is really easy to follow and I really enjoyed the tasks within the app. I like keeping track of my progression and challenging myself to build up my strength.

Overall, the Elvie Pelvic Floor Trainer is a great Pelvic Floor Trainer and a perfect gift for new moms or anyone that things they could do with strengthening their Pelvic Floor muscles. I think it is worth every penny and I love how convenient it makes doing Pelvic Floor exercises. The Elvie is the best Pelvic Floor trainer I have tried, and I enjoy fitting my workouts into my routine.
