The Lovehoney Ignite 20 Function Flickering Clitoral Vibrator arrived in a discreet brown box with no indication as to what was inside, Lovehoney are great at providing discreet shipping. Inside there was the Ignite in a Lovehoney cardboard carton. This contained an image of the Ignite on the front, which you could the open to reveal a clear window so you can see the toy inside the box without opening it. I really like this detail on the packaging it enables the customer to see the contents of the box without fully opening it, it then closes again with a magnetic fastening.

Inside the box there was the Lovehoney Ignite 20 Function Flickering Clitoral Vibrator, a USB charging cable, instructions and a Lovehoney branded storage pouch. The outside of the box contains a few key features of the Ignite however the instruction booklet features more information on how to charge it up and operate it.

The Ignite is USB rechargeable it takes 60 minutes to fully charge, and you get 180 minutes of useable charge. The power button will flash blue when it is charging, when it is fully charged it will it will be stationary. There are 20 vibration settings: 3 Vibration speeds and 17 patterned, pulse, inclining and declining modes. To turn on the Lovehoney Ignite 20 Function Flickering Clitoral Vibrator you press and hold the power button in for 2 seconds this will start the vibrations on the lowest continuous setting. The power button will will light up blue to tell you the vibrations are on.You can then press the button in again and again to change the settings. It will cycle through the speeds first: Low, Medium, High, and then the patterned modes. To turn off the Ignite just press and hold the power button in for 2 seconds and it will turn off.

The Lovehoney Ignite 20 Function Flickering Clitoral Vibrator is a hot pink colour and features a very flexible tip that “Flickers” when it is turned on. Along the top of the Ignite there are a series of ridges that act as a grip whilst in use. Below this is the Lovehoney Logo embossed into the silicone. The base has the power button which controls the vibrations, the underside features charging port which you pierce with the cable when charging.

During use I found the Lovehoney Ignite 20 Function Flickering Clitoral Vibrator was very comfortable to hold, the speeds where great and provided me enough power to climax. That said I also found the vibrations not only travelled to the tip of the vibrator but also through the body of the vibrator too. This meant that I could feel them through my hand, it is not much of an issue however after a while it can be quite irritating. The flickering tip however feels great, and I really enjoyed it. I would say it feels similar to “ears “on a rabbit style vibrator. The vibrations are more on the buzzy side, which I prefer.  I really liked how I could get targeted intense stimulation whilst using this vibrator.
