The Flip Hole Zero EV (known as Electronic Vibration) was given to us by Tenga for an honest review. At first sight, you can see that the box is much bigger than the usual Flip range. Usually, you would receive the flip hole zero within its plastic container and stand. Instead, the Flip Hole Zero EV comes within a box allowing storage for manuals and charging cables. Keeping everything together is excellent for organised people, just like my self as I always like to know that the charging cable and every other useful necessity together. The outer box shows a visual of the product at the front allowing people to see what is contained within the box, this wouldn’t help people who like to keep their toys discreet around their house. However, this is not a usual looking sex toy as this could be confused with a wireless Bluetooth speaker. On the back of the box, you will see a short description of the product and its specifications, this could save time in looking through a manual.

From a first glance of the Tenga Flip Zero EV, it pretty much looks like a replica of the older Flip Zero. This replication is a good thing as all the features from the Flip Zero integrated into the EV with added extras such as a magnetic charging dock. The charging dock uses magnets to charge the vibrating cores, the central vibration core and the deep vibration core. These are charged by a thin metal plate around the slide arms, and these metal plates connect to the two magnetic spikes on the charging base. The base comes with a Micro USB port to charge the Flip Zero EV; this is a standard cable for the latest phones so if you do lose the cable you are more than likely to have one lying around which is a huge bonus.

Getting the Flip Hole Zero EV ready for use is just as easy as the rest of the Flip Zero range, It still has the option to open up and apply the lube to both sides of the sleeve making sure that the sleeve is covered in lube. The difference between them is that the EV is charged via the base and the top of the slide arms has the power button and vibration settings; it’s impressive to see that Tenga has still kept the same look and even added the extra features. With the sleeve, all lubed up you can close and clamp down and apply the slide arms to use the stroker. Please take note that the vibrations will not work without the slide arms attached as the power line would not be accessed, other than that we can see that this is more of an upgrade rather than a re-invention.

The Tenga Flip Zero EV comes with five vibration settings which include low, high, pulse and random. Low is a long, consistent vibration while high the setting is a highly constant vibration, the pulse setting is where both cores are pulsating at the same time. Alternating is where one core is throbbing while the other is using the high setting and swapping settings between the two cores, while the random option sets each core to choose from low, high or pulse. My experience with the following settings was that I enjoyed every single one, which isn’t a regular thing for me to say due to me usually being overwhelmed on the high setting. With this masturbator you tend to feel relaxed, allowing you to climax at a quicker rate and I can vouch for this due my climax being almost instantaneous.

Texture has been changed in this upgrade, from first looking at this product you believe you’ll be getting the Flip Zero White sleeve. Instead, you get an entirely new designed sleeve specifically to fit with the new vibrating cores, you will notice in the video at the bottom of this review showing the vibrations sending waves down the sleeve textures creating a more satisfying feeling. The Flip Hole Zero White came with an internal structure where it started with a ripple dome, heading towards a ridge wall and moving onto the triple chain gate and from that to the layered end orb. While the Flip Hole Zero EV has the internal structure starting with central vibrational core leading onto the disk gate, moving towards the deep vibrational core and to finalise with the end gear. Also adding to that the texture can be made tighter with the top and bottom panels being pushed in to create a closer vacuumed experience, this was also included within the other Flip Zero range and is a great come back with the vibrations.

Cleaning this product isn’t an issue, since the start of the Flip Hole Zero range I have not found a single point wrong with the cleaning and the drying. This is the same as all the others where it’s completely waterproof from the sleeve to the slide arms, the only non-waterproof part about this would be the docking station. Please do take note that the charging dock isn’t waterproof, but the main component is, this helps with the cleaning as it can be rinsed through with cold water and scrubbed. Drying the product hasn’t changed much there are two positions the device can be left to dry which would be shown in the video at the end of the review, but the two positions demonstrate the use of the slide arms as a stand or a lean on mechanism.

To conclude the review, I would say this has reached the pinnacle of masturbators and has taken the #1 spot for my favourite sex toy, the reason for this would be that in all aspects it just blows me away. From the intense climatic vibrations from the silky smooth sleeve, the quick and easy cleaning with less mess. All the way to the overall craftsmanship of the design, allowing you to tighten your experience and allowing more force of the vibrations. Giving you the option to charge, clean and use to your heart’s content without feeling stressed about it. This is a definite #1 for me; I hope you all enjoy your own as I HIGHLY recommend this product even at the price point. 100% worth it.
