The Satisfyer Pro 4 Couples is a take on a couple’s vibrator. These vibrators can typically be used during Penis in Vaginal sex they are designed to enhance the experience for both partners. Satisfyer have taken this and applied their iconic pulse technology so that the clitoral arm now dons a Satisfyer pulse/ suction tip.

Satisfyer have designed the Satisfyer Pro 4 Couples to not only vibrate but also gives a clit owner the chance to experience pulse stimulation as well as vibrations. You can then increase the intensity by pressing the (+) button and decrease the intensity by pressing the (-) button. To turn it back off you press and hold the power button again for 3 seconds.

During use I found the internal arm quite pointy, it felt rather sharp and poked against my vaginal walls awkwardly. I try to position the external arm on my clit however the space between the pulse tip and the corner/elbow of the Satisfyer Pro 4 Couples way too long for me. The suction hole would lay way beyond my clitoris and past my clitoral hood. I haven’t been able to create a suction over my clitoris at all my body doesn’t line up with the suction cap which is rather annoying. I am aware that everyone’s different and vulva’s come in all shapes and sizes but for me its way off.

Using it during penetrating, I am still not able to get any stimulation from the pulse cap the force of a penis pushing against the internal arm makes it feel even more pointy for me I think it just narrows into too much of a sharp point. The internal vibrations do feel rather strong though.

The one thing that I find could also be a problem with the Satisfyer Pro 4 Couples is one that is common with most other couples vibrators in theory they work however in practice when you have a penis thrusting even at moderate speed against the internal prong the couple’s vibrator then slides out or re-positions itself. This is a slight bigger problem for the Satisfyer Pro 4 Couples because the suction cap needs a seal to stimulate the clitoris any slight movement and the seal is broken.

Another thing I want to point out is that the Satisfyer Pro 4 Couples has a very hefty outer arm which encases the pulse technology. I kind of know why it’s so bulky however it also means that during sex you may experience like I do your partners belly ramming the external arm into your clitoris during each thrust. This puts a halt on pleasure and I find it not only hurts but infuriates me because I am not getting the stimulation I should be getting.

The Satisfyer Pro 4 Couples doesn’t work for me the shape and design have left me without even a single orgasm. I do love their other products and I really do recommend checking out the Satisfyer Pro Plus Vibration. This is a case of one shape does not fit all.
