Icicles No.24

The Icicles No.24 has been on my wish list for few years now so I was quite excited to test it out. It is part of the Pipedream glass dildo range I have also reviewed the Icicles No.59 and the Icicles No.12 so I am familiar with the glass in this range. They do make some stunning glass dildos!

The Icicles No.24 is shapes like a tentacle, I admit I’ve wanted a tentacle dildo for ages now so when I took it out of the packaging I just stared at how pretty it is. The glass is a soft pink colour with a sort of tongue like shape that curves this has bumps along both sides. It then curls around into a sort of handle this is great for keeping a grip during thrusting.

The underside of the tentacle has a vein like detailing that goes along the underside of the shaft up to the tip. It has that whole hentai look but it is also very elegant the glass makes it look very delicate. All of this texture is going to be very stimulating so for me it’s perfect you all know I’m a Texture Queen.

Because the Icicles No.24 is glass it can be sterilized by using a 10% bleach solution, steam steriliser, microwave sterilizer or boiling in a pan of hot water. This means it can also be shared between partners! This dildo is hand blown and made from hypoallergenic and non-porous the glass it is made from is borosilicate it is very sturdy and safe for dildos to be made from.

That said take care with glass dildos they can usually stand a beating however if you do drop it or you have a few and they accidently knock off each other make sure you check for any cracks or chips, this is very rare but if you do notice any damage replace your dildo and toss out the damaged one.

The shaft is quite wide although this dildo is on the slimmer/ smaller side it does have a good amount of girth, I like girth however this might not be for everyone. I also suggest you use lots of lube with this dildo especially because of the texture, I prefer silicone based lubricant with glass toys as it lasts longer and I don’t have to reapply mid masturbation whether you use silicone or water based lube I recommend you use a fair amount all that texture is going to need something to smooth the way.

During use I found the texture was really intense on the Icicles No.24 I love texture so my vagina just sort of hugs the shaft. He bumps along the front push firmly against my G spot, I have been able to use this dildo to have intense G Spot orgasms the texture really pushes against my G Spot in different places at the same time so it gets double the stimulation.

I also found that my preferred technique of using the Icicles No.24 is to thrust slowly and deep so I am able to feel every bump enter me and it gives my vagina time to adjust to the texture so it doesn’t feel uncomfortable. When I do need to thrust quickly I use a more shallow thrust this keeps the texture at the opening of my vagina as opposed to me bashing my cervix with the end of the dildo. The little loop was really handy to help me grip during faster thrusts I stick my finger through the hole and I am able to have more control over the dildo.

The Icicles No.24 is extremely textured and I love it! I kind of thought I would. I love a bit of texture especially on firmer dildos however if you do thrust too vigorously the texture can feel a little abrasive and kind of pinch the wall of your vagina, so take it easy you won’t need to put in much effort with this dildo at all.
