Silvarus Handmade Walnut Dildo

I received the Silvarus Walnut Dildo from the lovely Silvarus Canada. I was made this dildo from scratch. I am very thankful to Silvarus for making me such a beautiful dildo! I received this dildo free of charge this is not going to affect the outcome of this review.

First of all I had a brief discussion with Rickard The owner of Silvarus he agreed to make me a dildo. Then I was sent each update from when it was first cut from the block to the final product. I have to say that Rickard was polite and kept me well up to date with everything.

First of all the shape of the dildo is cut from a large block of wood. The wood he had chosen for my dildo was Walnut and I am very glad he did I love the dark types of wood so I am over the moon with his choice. The shape is cut from a outline on the wooden block to create the initial shape of the dildo. It still looks square-ish and the bottoms have flat edges at this point. It is cut with a band saw at two different angles.

The Second Update I got was the shaping progress. This is where the dildo really comes to life and starts looking like something you put in your vagina. The rounded shape that was cut out of the block of wood is then shaped and rounded to create more of a spherical object. The dildo takes form but is still not smooth.

The next process is the sanding. This takes a lot of time. The dildo is sanded to smooth out all the bumps and lines from the shaping progress. The sanding process is gradual and takes a lot of time. The dildo is sanded over and over again until the Dildo is smooth and has no sharp edges all the angles and smooth and then it is ready for the Coating process.

The Coating process is the longest. When the food grade varnish is applied to the wood it brings out the deep rich colours especially in darker wood which is why I love the walnut. However walnut soaks up the coating and it splits the fibres of the wood making the surface hard splintered and rough again so then it is back to the sanding method to sand down the Splintered wood again. Then the wood has another layer of varnish and the same reaction happens so more sanding is needed. This process continues until the wood does not splinter and then the dildo can be varnished over and over again. There is usually 16-18 coats of varnish on each piece although it is stated that there are 10 coats.

I received my dildo in a discreet box padded with lots of bubble wrap. The dildo itself was inside a lovely padded storage bag. This is the best storage bag I have it is so cushioned and very good quality. Even if my dildo gets banged around the padded bag will protect it. It is worth buying one of these bags for that reason only they are padded and super sturdy it also has a lovely ribbon to tie around the dildo to seal it up. I took my dildo out of the bag and the colour of the dildo was so beautiful that deep dark wood is amazing. As I twisted the dildo in my hands I noticed how the light glittered of it. There is that many layers of varnish this dildo is super shine and you can tell how smooth the finish is without even touching it.

In Use this dildo does not disappoint. I grabbed some silicone lube and coated the dildo in it the small end first. The smaller end is great for warming up and I found that it brings me to orgasm fairly quickly. I then lubed up the thicker end and boy was I in for a shock! This end immediately fills me and the wood is so hard there is no give I liked the way it pushes against my vaginal walls so that my g spot is almost squashed by it. I found the best way to thrust with the thicker end is to rock up and down or either side to side using the smaller end as a handle. Three orgasms after I felt a warm gush run down my ass cheeks and I was completely exhausted. I got up and hadn’t realised I had been squirting the whole time using this dildo and there was a huge pleasure puddle beneath me.
