Sliquid Balance Collection massage Cube

DSC_0187I received the Sliquid Balance Collection Massage cube in return for my honest review from the lovely Sliquid. I use their lube on a regular basis my favourite is Sassy. I am a huge fan and I really wanted to try the new range of massage oils they have out. So I sent an email asking if I could get something from the Balance range to review they sent me the Cube and also a big bottle of the Escape lotion.

DSC_0192The one thing I like about Sliquid is the Cubes I previously reviewed the Lube Cube which had samples of every lube in the range. I think it is a good idea to start off with the Cube to try each product without having to by a large bottle. They are also a great idea to take on holiday instead of carrying around 4 bottles of lube or massage oils.

Now in the Massage Cube you have 3 sachets of each of the oils. You have Escape which is the none-scented oil. You have Tranquillity which is the coconut and lime fragrance oil this is in the green sachets. You also have the Rejuvenation which is the mandarin and basil fragrance oil in the orange. And finally the serenity which is Tahitian Vanilla in the brown sachets. They all come in a little black cube which I believe is the theme of the balance oils range they come in black/brownish bottle the cube matches that theme.

DSC_0191The Balance Massage range is all made from natural ingredients and I feel the scents sort of mirror that fact they are natural scents no sickly strawberry scents that are full of man-made ingredients here. So that on its own is a plus really.

The Mandarin and Basil fragrance oil was very sweet smelling. You could definitely smell the orange citrus smell. The basil was barely noticeable but it was still present. This fragrance gave a light smell to the room it was sort of an energising fragrance the sort you get is shower gels ect. I really liked the smell it wasn’t sickly or too strong.

DSC_0188The Lime and Coconut fragrance is very masculine I thought it smelled sort of like a man’s holiday perfume. I did like the musky sweet scent and I and Mr agreed it is the best smelling massage oil we have tried to date. I had a massage the night before and I woke up smelling of this lovely scent I was shocked how long the fragrance lasted.

The Escape massage oil is none scented I have recently reviewed the large bottle. It does have a slight oily smell but this is expected due to it being made from all natural ingredients.

The Tahitian Vanilla Fragrance was very light and very seductive. It smelt of toffee more than a vanilla scent to me and i felt very calm and relaxed when we used this massage oil. It was very easy on the nose and not overbearing.

DSC_0189Overall I think that the Massage Cube has a great range of oils and is a brilliant way to try out all the range and pick your favourite scent without having to pay for each and every bottle in the range. I also like the compact size it very easily fits into a bag and is great for weekend trips away or short holidays.
